Für das Zivilrecht im angloamerikanischen Raum gibt es eine zusätzliche Systematik. Für die hier nicht aufgeführten Gebiete wie z.B. das Handelsrecht gilt die allgemeine Systematik.

Kombinieren Sie die Länder-Kennzeichen mit nachfolgenden Abkürzungen und geben Sie die entsprechende Abkürzung in Anführungsstrichen in den Bibliothekskatalog ein. Mit der Eingabe "GB II c 1001" z.B. finden Sie Bücher zur Produkthaftpflicht in Großbritannien, mit der Eingabe "US IV a 401" Bücher zur Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit in den USA.
